Crumbl Cookies Cutler Bay

This project involved the tenant build-out of a 1,602 square foot Crumbl Cookies store within an existing commercial space. The scope included interior construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, and the installation of Crumbl’s signature finishes and equipment. The work involved site preparation, partition wall construction, flooring, lighting, and branding elements to create a modern, welcoming environment. The bakery area is outfitted with commercial-grade ovens, refrigeration, and prep stations to support high-volume production. A customer-friendly storefront features digital menu boards, a streamlined ordering system, and a designated pick-up area.
